Review for Dr. Ira Freedman – Periodontist, Implant Surgeon Performance Dental of Palm Bay, Florida I am a 71-year-old retiree, and my dental journey has been a long and difficult one. As a teenager, I suffered a serious facial injury that resulted in lost teeth and broken bones in my face and mouth. Over the decades, I underwent numerous dental procedures—mostly bridge replacements—some successful, others disappointing. About three years ago, I needed to replace my upper front bridge, but severe bone loss left me with limited options: extensive bone grafting followed by multiple implants, or a removable denture. I consulted nearly every reputable professional I could find, including the well-known practices you see advertised on television. Unfortunately, the costs were overwhelming, so I reluctantly chose a removable denture. While the denture itself was well made, I hated removing it every night and struggled to eat many of the foods I love. Performance Dental is the first time in over 50 years since I've been to a dentist. I had a really bad experience when I was a child, the school I was in took us to a free local Health Clinic. I was about 9 years old they had a dentist that without numbing the area. The dentist drilled through my tooth and into the gum. So you can imagine the fear. I built up the courage to go and get my smile back. They're the first place I've been to, they make you feel so comfortable. Misty is fantastic she's Dr. Freedman's assistant Technician. Not to leave out a brand new state of the art lab, everything is done in house. My situation is a special case due to how long I've been without my top teeth. My bone has shrunk making it a challenge. They are more than ready and have several designs and options layed out. I feel confident and for the first time in 50 years. I'm not afraid. Thanks to Misty, Dr Freedman and their staff of technicians. I will post the work in progress. Please follow.

I have been to many dentist in my life and none of them have giving me the confort and dedication I have received from Performance Dental, Dr Ira Freedman takes his time to explain and make you feel confident. On the other hand Misty the assistant is very caring and has years of experience on what she does best, take care of us all the way through the process. Please come on and give them a call. I need to share this with everyone out there, Please give yourself an opportunity to meet the Best Dental office I have ever been to. Dr. Ira freedman is eminent Dentist and Misty is the most helpful person I have ever meet. I have been to many dental places but nothing like Perfomance Dental. I would recommend anyone to please take a moment and give them a call. You will not regret it. I wish I had more ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
